在文(wen)化传承发展座谈会上(shang)的讲话

今天(tian),我们召开文化(hua)传承(cheng)发展座(zuo)谈(tan)会(hui)。座(zuo)谈(tan)会(hui)之(zhi)前(qian),我先(xian)后参观了新建成(cheng)的(de)中(zhong)国国家(jia)版本馆和中(zhong)国历史研究院(yuan)的(de)考古博物馆,很有收获。
成立中(zhong)(zhong)国历史(shi)研究(jiu)(jiu)院、中(zhong)(zhong)国国家(jia)版(ban)本馆,是党中(zhong)(zhong)央作出的重大决策。中(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)民族具有(you)百(bai)万(wan)年(nian)的人类史(shi)、一(yi)万(wan)年(nian)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)史(shi)、五千(qian)多年(nian)的文(wen)(wen)明史(shi)。这次参(can)观考察中(zhong)(zhong)国历史(shi)研究(jiu)(jiu)院、中(zhong)(zhong)国国家(jia)版(ban)本馆,我(wo)更加深(shen)切感到中(zhong)(zhong)国文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)源(yuan)远(yuan)流长,中(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)明博(bo)大精(jing)深(shen)。只有(you)全面深(shen)入了解中(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)明的历史(shi),才能更有(you)效地推动中(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)优(you)秀传统文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)创造性转(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、创新性发(fa)展,更有(you)力地推进中(zhong)(zhong)国特色(se)社会主义文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)设,建(jian)设中(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)民族现(xian)代(dai)文(wen)(wen)明。
文(wen)(wen)化关乎国本、国运。这(zhei)段(duan)时间(jian),我一直在思考(kao)推进(jin)中国特色社会(hui)(hui)主(zhu)义文(wen)(wen)化建(jian)设、建(jian)设中华(hua)民族现代文(wen)(wen)明这(zhei)个重大问(wen)题。这(zhei)也是(shi)召(zhao)开(kai)这(zhei)次(ci)座谈会(hui)(hui)的原因。这(zhei)里(li),我讲3个问(wen)题。
一、深刻把握中华文明的突出特性
中(zhong)华优(you)秀传统文化有(you)(you)很多(duo)重(zhong)要元(yuan)(yuan)素,比如,天下(xia)为(wei)公(gong)、天下(xia)大同(tong)的(de)社会(hui)理想(xiang),民(min)为(wei)邦本、为(wei)政以(yi)德的(de)治(zhi)理思(si)想(xiang),九(jiu)州(zhou)共(gong)贯、多(duo)元(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)(yi)体(ti)的(de)大一(yi)(yi)统传统,修齐治(zhi)平、兴亡(wang)有(you)(you)责的(de)家(jia)国情(qing)怀(huai),厚德载物(wu)、明德弘道的(de)精神追求,富民(min)厚生(sheng)、义利兼顾的(de)经(jing)济伦(lun)理,天人合(he)一(yi)(yi)、万物(wu)并育的(de)生(sheng)态理念,实事求是、知行合(he)一(yi)(yi)的(de)哲学思(si)想(xiang),执(zhi)两用中(zhong)、守中(zhong)致和(he)的(de)思(si)维方法,讲(jiang)信修睦、亲仁善邻的(de)交(jiao)往之(zhi)道等,共(gong)同(tong)塑造出中(zhong)华文明的(de)突(tu)出特性。
中华文(wen)明(ming)具有(you)突出的(de)连(lian)续性(xing)。中华文(wen)明(ming)是世界上唯一绵延不(bu)(bu)断且以国(guo)(guo)家形(xing)态发(fa)展至今的(de)伟大文(wen)明(ming)。这(zhei)充分证明(ming)了中华文(wen)明(ming)具有(you)自(zi)我发(fa)展、回(hui)应挑战、开创新(xin)局的(de)文(wen)化主体性(xing)与旺盛生命(ming)力。深(shen)厚的(de)家国(guo)(guo)情怀与深(shen)沉的(de)历(li)史(shi)意识,为(wei)中华民族(zu)打下了维护大一统的(de)人心根(gen)基(ji),成为(wei)中华民族(zu)历(li)经千(qian)难(nan)万险而(er)不(bu)(bu)断复兴的(de)精神(shen)支撑。中华文(wen)明(ming)的(de)连(lian)续性(xing),从根(gen)本(ben)上决定了中华民族(zu)必然(ran)走自(zi)己的(de)路。如果不(bu)(bu)从源远流长(zhang)的(de)历(li)史(shi)连(lian)续性(xing)来认识中国(guo)(guo),就不(bu)(bu)可(ke)能(neng)(neng)理(li)解古代中国(guo)(guo),也不(bu)(bu)可(ke)能(neng)(neng)理(li)解现代中国(guo)(guo),更不(bu)(bu)可(ke)能(neng)(neng)理(li)解未来中国(guo)(guo)。
中华文(wen)明(ming)(ming)具有突出的创新(xin)(xin)性。中华文(wen)明(ming)(ming)是革故鼎新(xin)(xin)、辉光日(ri)新(xin)(xin)的文(wen)明(ming)(ming),静水(shui)深流与(yu)波澜壮(zhuang)阔交(jiao)织。连续(xu)不(bu)是停(ting)滞、更不(bu)是僵化,而(er)是以(yi)创新(xin)(xin)为支撑的历史进步过程(cheng)。中华民族(zu)(zu)始终以(yi)“苟日(ri)新(xin)(xin),日(ri)日(ri)新(xin)(xin),又(you)日(ri)新(xin)(xin)”的精神不(bu)断创造自(zi)己的物(wu)质文(wen)明(ming)(ming)、精神文(wen)明(ming)(ming)和(he)政治文(wen)明(ming)(ming),在很长的历史时期内(nei)作为最繁荣最强(qiang)大的文(wen)明(ming)(ming)体屹立(li)于(yu)世(shi)。中华文(wen)明(ming)(ming)的创新(xin)(xin)性,从根(gen)本上决(jue)定了中华民族(zu)(zu)守正不(bu)守旧、尊古不(bu)复(fu)古的进取精神,决(jue)定了中华民族(zu)(zu)不(bu)惧新(xin)(xin)挑(tiao)战(zhan)、勇于(yu)接受新(xin)(xin)事物(wu)的无畏品格。
中(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)具有(you)突出的(de)统(tong)(tong)一(yi)性。中(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)长期的(de)大(da)一(yi)统(tong)(tong)传统(tong)(tong),形成了多元(yuan)一(yi)体、团结集中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)统(tong)(tong)一(yi)性。“向内凝聚”的(de)统(tong)(tong)一(yi)性追(zhui)求,是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)连续的(de)前提,也是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)连续的(de)结果。团结统(tong)(tong)一(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)福(fu),分裂(lie)动(dong)荡(dang)是(shi)(shi)(shi)祸(huo),是(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)人(ren)用血的(de)代价(jia)换来(lai)的(de)宝贵(gui)经验教(jiao)训。中(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)统(tong)(tong)一(yi)性,从根本上决(jue)定了中(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)民族各民族文(wen)化融为一(yi)体、即使遭遇重大(da)挫折也牢固凝聚,决(jue)定了国(guo)(guo)土不(bu)可分、国(guo)(guo)家(jia)不(bu)可乱、民族不(bu)可散、文(wen)明(ming)(ming)不(bu)可断的(de)共同信念,决(jue)定了国(guo)(guo)家(jia)统(tong)(tong)一(yi)永(yong)远是(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)核心(xin)利益的(de)核心(xin),决(jue)定了一(yi)个坚强统(tong)(tong)一(yi)的(de)国(guo)(guo)家(jia)是(shi)(shi)(shi)各族人(ren)民的(de)命运所系。
中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明具有(you)突出的(de)包(bao)容性。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明从来不用(yong)单一(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)代替多元(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),而是由多元(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)汇聚成(cheng)(cheng)共同(tong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),化(hua)(hua)解(jie)冲突,凝聚共识。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)认(ren)同(tong)超越(yue)(yue)地(di)域乡土、血缘(yuan)世(shi)(shi)系、宗(zong)教(jiao)信仰(yang)等,把(ba)内(nei)部差异(yi)极大(da)的(de)广土巨族整合成(cheng)(cheng)多元(yuan)一(yi)体的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)民族。越(yue)(yue)包(bao)容,就越(yue)(yue)是得(de)到认(ren)同(tong)和维护,就越(yue)(yue)会(hui)绵延不断。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明的(de)包(bao)容性,从根本上(shang)决定了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)民族交(jiao)(jiao)往交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)交(jiao)(jiao)融(rong)的(de)历史取向(xiang),决定了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国各宗(zong)教(jiao)信仰(yang)多元(yuan)并(bing)存的(de)和谐(xie)格(ge)局,决定了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)对世(shi)(shi)界文(wen)(wen)(wen)明兼收并(bing)蓄的(de)开(kai)放(fang)胸怀。
中(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)(hua)文(wen)明(ming)具有(you)突出的(de)(de)和(he)(he)(he)平性。和(he)(he)(he)平、和(he)(he)(he)睦(mu)、和(he)(he)(he)谐是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)(hua)文(wen)明(ming)五千多年(nian)来(lai)一直传承的(de)(de)理念,主(zhu)张(zhang)以道德秩序构(gou)造一个群己(ji)合一的(de)(de)世(shi)(shi)界,在人(ren)己(ji)关系中(zhong)(zhong)以他(ta)人(ren)为重。倡导(dao)交通成和(he)(he)(he),反对(dui)隔绝闭塞;倡导(dao)共生并(bing)进(jin),反对(dui)强(qiang)人(ren)从(cong)己(ji);倡导(dao)保合太和(he)(he)(he),反对(dui)丛林法则(ze)。中(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)(hua)文(wen)明(ming)的(de)(de)和(he)(he)(he)平性,从(cong)根本上决定了中(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)始终(zhong)是(shi)世(shi)(shi)界和(he)(he)(he)平的(de)(de)建设者、全球发展的(de)(de)贡献(xian)者、国(guo)(guo)际秩序的(de)(de)维护(hu)者,决定了中(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)不(bu)断追(zhui)求文(wen)明(ming)交流互鉴而不(bu)搞(gao)文(wen)化(hua)霸权,决定了中(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)不(bu)会把自己(ji)的(de)(de)价值观念与政(zheng)治体制(zhi)强(qiang)加于人(ren),决定了中(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)坚持合作、不(bu)搞(gao)对(dui)抗,决不(bu)搞(gao)“党同伐(fa)异”的(de)(de)小(xiao)圈子。
二、深刻理解“两个结合”的重大意义
在五千(qian)多年(nian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)明深厚基(ji)础上开辟(pi)和发展中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)特(te)色(se)社会主义(yi),把马克(ke)思(si)主义(yi)基(ji)本原(yuan)理同中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)具(ju)体实际、同中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华优秀传统文(wen)化相结合是(shi)必由之路。这是(shi)我们在探索中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)特(te)色(se)社会主义(yi)道(dao)路中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)得(de)出的(de)规律性认识。我们一直强调(diao)把马克(ke)思(si)主义(yi)基(ji)本原(yuan)理同中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)具(ju)体实际相结合,现在我们又明确提出“第二(er)个结合”。我说过,如果(guo)没有(you)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华五千(qian)年(nian)文(wen)明,哪里有(you)什么中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)特(te)色(se)?如果(guo)不是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)特(te)色(se),哪有(you)我们今天这么成(cheng)功的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)特(te)色(se)社会主义(yi)道(dao)路?只有(you)立足(zu)波澜壮阔的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华五千(qian)多年(nian)文(wen)明史,才(cai)能真正理解(jie)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)道(dao)路的(de)历(li)史必然、文(wen)化内涵与(yu)独特(te)优势。
历史正(zheng)反两方面的(de)经(jing)验表明,“两个(ge)结合”是我们取得成功的(de)最(zui)大法宝。

第一,“结合”的前提是彼此契合。“结合(he)”不(bu)是(shi)硬凑在(zai)一起的(de)。马克思(si)主义(yi)和中华(hua)优秀传统文化(hua)来源不(bu)同,但彼此存在(zai)高度(du)(du)的(de)契(qi)合(he)性。比如,天(tian)下(xia)为公、讲信修睦的(de)社会追求与(yu)(yu)共(gong)产(chan)(chan)主义(yi)、社会主义(yi)的(de)理(li)想(xiang)信念(nian)相(xiang)通(tong),民为邦本(ben)、为政(zheng)以德的(de)治(zhi)理(li)思(si)想(xiang)与(yu)(yu)人(ren)民至上(shang)的(de)政(zheng)治(zhi)观念(nian)相(xiang)融,革(ge)故鼎(ding)新、自强不(bu)息的(de)担(dan)当与(yu)(yu)共(gong)产(chan)(chan)党人(ren)的(de)革(ge)命精神相(xiang)合(he)。马克思(si)主义(yi)从(cong)社会关系的(de)角(jiao)度(du)(du)把(ba)(ba)握人(ren)的(de)本(ben)质,中华(hua)文化(hua)也把(ba)(ba)人(ren)安放在(zai)家国天(tian)下(xia)之中,都反对把(ba)(ba)人(ren)看作(zuo)孤立的(de)个体。相(xiang)互契(qi)合(he)才能有机结合(he)。正(zheng)是(shi)在(zai)这个意义(yi)上(shang),我们才说中国共(gong)产(chan)(chan)党既是(shi)马克思(si)主义(yi)的(de)坚(jian)定信仰者(zhe)和践行者(zhe),又是(shi)中华(hua)优秀传统文化(hua)的(de)忠实继承者(zhe)和弘扬者(zhe)。
第二,“结合”的结果是互相成就。“结(jie)合”不(bu)是“拼盘”,不(bu)是简单的(de)(de)“物(wu)理(li)反应”,而是深刻的(de)(de)“化学(xue)反应”,造就了一个(ge)有机统(tong)一的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化生命(ming)体。一方面(mian),马(ma)克思(si)(si)(si)主(zhu)(zhu)义把(ba)先进的(de)(de)思(si)(si)(si)想理(li)论(lun)带到(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo),以真理(li)之(zhi)光激(ji)活了中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)基因,引(yin)领中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)走(zou)进现代(dai)(dai)世界,推动了中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)生命(ming)更新(xin)(xin)和现代(dai)(dai)转型。从(cong)民本(ben)到(dao)民主(zhu)(zhu),从(cong)九州(zhou)共贯到(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)民族共同体,从(cong)万物(wu)并育(yu)到(dao)人(ren)与自(zi)然和谐共生,从(cong)富民厚(hou)生到(dao)共同富裕(yu),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)别开生面(mian),实(shi)现了从(cong)传统(tong)到(dao)现代(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)跨越,发展出中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)现代(dai)(dai)形(xing)态(tai)。另一方面(mian),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)优秀传统(tong)文(wen)(wen)化充实(shi)了马(ma)克思(si)(si)(si)主(zhu)(zhu)义的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化生命(ming),推动马(ma)克思(si)(si)(si)主(zhu)(zhu)义不(bu)断实(shi)现中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)化时(shi)代(dai)(dai)化的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)飞跃,显(xian)示出日益鲜(xian)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)风格与中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)气派,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)化马(ma)克思(si)(si)(si)主(zhu)(zhu)义成(cheng)(cheng)为中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)化和中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)精神的(de)(de)时(shi)代(dai)(dai)精华(hua)。“第二个(ge)结(jie)合”让马(ma)克思(si)(si)(si)主(zhu)(zhu)义成(cheng)(cheng)为中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)优秀传统(tong)文(wen)(wen)化成(cheng)(cheng)为现代(dai)(dai)的(de)(de),让经由“结(jie)合”而形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)文(wen)(wen)化成(cheng)(cheng)为中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)式现代(dai)(dai)化的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化形(xing)态(tai)。

第四,“结合”打开了创新空间。“结(jie)合(he)”本(ben)(ben)身就(jiu)是(shi)创(chuang)(chuang)新,同(tong)时又开启了(le)广阔的(de)(de)理论和实(shi)(shi)践(jian)创(chuang)(chuang)新空(kong)间(jian)。“第二(er)个结(jie)合(he)”让我们掌握了(le)思想和文化(hua)主动,并(bing)(bing)有力地(di)作用于道路、理论和制度(du)(du)。从这个角度(du)(du)看(kan),我们党(dang)开创(chuang)(chuang)的(de)(de)人民(min)代表大(da)会制度(du)(du)、政治(zhi)(zhi)协商(shang)(shang)制度(du)(du),与(yu)中华(hua)文明的(de)(de)民(min)本(ben)(ben)思想,天下共(gong)(gong)治(zhi)(zhi)理念,“共(gong)(gong)和”、“商(shang)(shang)量”的(de)(de)施政传统(tong)(tong),“兼(jian)容并(bing)(bing)包、求同(tong)存异(yi)”的(de)(de)政治(zhi)(zhi)智慧都有深(shen)刻关联(lian)。我们没有搞联(lian)邦制、邦联(lian)制,确立了(le)单一(yi)(yi)制国家形(xing)式(shi),实(shi)(shi)行民(min)族区域自治(zhi)(zhi)制度(du)(du),就(jiu)是(shi)顺应向内凝聚、多(duo)元一(yi)(yi)体的(de)(de)中华(hua)民(min)族发(fa)展大(da)趋势(shi),承继九(jiu)州共(gong)(gong)贯、六(liu)合(he)同(tong)风、四海一(yi)(yi)家的(de)(de)中国文化(hua)大(da)一(yi)(yi)统(tong)(tong)传统(tong)(tong)。更重要的(de)(de)是(shi),“第二(er)个结(jie)合(he)”是(shi)又一(yi)(yi)次的(de)(de)思想解放,让我们能(neng)够在(zai)更广阔的(de)(de)文化(hua)空(kong)间(jian)中,充分运用中华(hua)优秀传统(tong)(tong)文化(hua)的(de)(de)宝贵资源,探索面向未来的(de)(de)理论和制度(du)(du)创(chuang)(chuang)新。
第五,“结合”巩固了文化主体性。任何文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)要(yao)立(li)(li)得(de)住(zhu)、行(xing)得(de)远,要(yao)有(you)引领力(li)、凝(ning)聚力(li)、塑造力(li)、辐射(she)力(li),就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)必须有(you)自(zi)(zi)(zi)己的(de)(de)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)体(ti)(ti)性(xing)(xing)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)共产(chan)党历来(lai)(lai)(lai)重视文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),新(xin)时代(dai)我(wo)们在道路自(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)、理(li)论(lun)自(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)、制度自(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)基(ji)础上增加了(le)(le)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)来(lai)(lai)(lai)自(zi)(zi)(zi)我(wo)们的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)体(ti)(ti)性(xing)(xing)。这一(yi)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)体(ti)(ti)性(xing)(xing)是中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)共产(chan)党带领中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)人民在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)大地(di)上建立(li)(li)起来(lai)(lai)(lai)的(de)(de);是在创造性(xing)(xing)转化(hua)、创新(xin)性(xing)(xing)发(fa)展中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华优(you)秀(xiu)传统文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),继承革命(ming)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),发(fa)展社会(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)先进文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)基(ji)础上,借(jie)鉴(jian)吸收人类一(yi)切优(you)秀(xiu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)成果(guo)的(de)(de)基(ji)础上建立(li)(li)起来(lai)(lai)(lai)的(de)(de);是通过把马克思主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)基(ji)本原理(li)同中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)具体(ti)(ti)实际、同中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华优(you)秀(xiu)传统文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)相结合建立(li)(li)起来(lai)(lai)(lai)的(de)(de)。创立(li)(li)新(xin)时代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)特(te)色(se)社会(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)思想就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是这一(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)体(ti)(ti)性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)最有(you)力(li)体(ti)(ti)现。有(you)了(le)(le)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)体(ti)(ti)性(xing)(xing),就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)有(you)了(le)(le)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)意义(yi)上坚定(ding)的(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)(zi)我(wo),文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)有(you)了(le)(le)根本依托,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)共产(chan)党就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)有(you)了(le)(le)引领时代(dai)的(de)(de)强大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)力(li)量,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华民族和(he)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)人民就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)有(you)了(le)(le)国(guo)(guo)(guo)家认同的(de)(de)坚实文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)基(ji)础,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)有(you)了(le)(le)和(he)世界其他(ta)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)交流互鉴(jian)的(de)(de)鲜明(ming)(ming)(ming)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)特(te)性(xing)(xing)。

三、更好担负起新的文化使命
党(dang)的十八大以来,党(dang)中央在(zai)领导党(dang)和人民推(tui)进(jin)治国理政的实(shi)践中,把文(wen)(wen)化(hua)建(jian)设摆在(zai)全局(ju)工作的重(zhong)要位(wei)置。经过这(zhei)些年(nian)的不懈努力,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)传(chuan)承发展呈现出新的气(qi)象、开创了新的局(ju)面,社会(hui)主义文(wen)(wen)化(hua)强国建(jian)设迈出坚实(shi)步伐(fa)。
在(zai)实践(jian)中,我们不(bu)断深化(hua)对文(wen)化(hua)建设(she)的规律性认识(shi),提(ti)出一系列新思(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)新观点(dian)新论断。这些(xie)重要观点(dian),是(shi)新时(shi)代党领导(dao)文(wen)化(hua)建设(she)实践(jian)经验的理论总结,是(shi)做好宣传思(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)工作的根本遵循(xun),必须长期坚(jian)持(chi)贯彻、不(bu)断丰富发展(zhan)。
在新的(de)起点上(shang)继续推动(dong)文(wen)化(hua)繁荣、建(jian)设文(wen)化(hua)强国、建(jian)设中(zhong)华(hua)民(min)族(zu)现代文(wen)明,是我们在新时(shi)代新的(de)文(wen)化(hua)使命(ming)。这里,我着重强调3点。
第一,坚定文化自信。自(zi)信才能自(zi)强。有文(wen)化自(zi)信的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)民族,才能立(li)得住、站得稳、行得远。中(zhong)(zhong)华文(wen)明历(li)经数(shu)千年而绵延(yan)不绝(jue)、迭遭(zao)忧患而经久(jiu)不衰,这(zhei)是人(ren)类文(wen)明的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)奇迹,也是我们自(zi)信的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)底气。坚定文(wen)化自(zi)信,就(jiu)是坚持走(zou)自(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)路。坚定文(wen)化自(zi)信的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)首要任务,就(jiu)是立(li)足中(zhong)(zhong)华民族伟(wei)大历(li)史实践和当代实践,用(yong)中(zhong)(zhong)国道(dao)理总结好中(zhong)(zhong)国经验(yan),把(ba)中(zhong)(zhong)国经验(yan)提升(sheng)为(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)国理论(lun),既不盲(mang)从各种教(jiao)条,也不照搬外国理论(lun),实现精神上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)独立(li)自(zi)主。要把(ba)文(wen)化自(zi)信融入全民族的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)精神气质(zhi)与文(wen)化品格中(zhong)(zhong),养成昂扬向(xiang)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)风(feng)貌(mao)和理性平和的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)心态。
第二,秉持开放包容。开放(fang)包(bao)容(rong)(rong)始终是文(wen)(wen)(wen)明发展的活力(li)(li)来(lai)(lai)源,也(ye)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)自信的显著(zhu)标志。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明的博大气象,就(jiu)得(de)益于(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)自古(gu)(gu)(gu)以(yi)来(lai)(lai)开放(fang)的姿态(tai)、包(bao)容(rong)(rong)的胸怀。秉持开放(fang)包(bao)容(rong)(rong),就(jiu)是要更(geng)加(jia)积极主动地学习(xi)借鉴人类创(chuang)造(zao)(zao)的一(yi)切(qie)优秀文(wen)(wen)(wen)明成(cheng)果。无论(lun)是对(dui)内提升先进文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的凝聚力(li)(li)感召力(li)(li),还(hai)是对(dui)外增强中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明的传(chuan)播力(li)(li)影响力(li)(li),都(dou)离不(bu)开融通(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)外、贯(guan)通(tong)古(gu)(gu)(gu)今(jin)。经过长期(qi)努力(li)(li),我(wo)们比以(yi)往(wang)任何(he)一(yi)个时代(dai)都(dou)更(geng)有条件破解“古(gu)(gu)(gu)今(jin)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)西(xi)之争”,也(ye)比以(yi)往(wang)任何(he)一(yi)个时代(dai)都(dou)更(geng)迫切(qie)需要一(yi)批熔(rong)铸古(gu)(gu)(gu)今(jin)、汇通(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)西(xi)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)成(cheng)果。我(wo)们必须坚持马克思主义中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国化(hua)(hua)时代(dai)化(hua)(hua),传(chuan)承发展中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)华(hua)优秀传(chuan)统文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),促进外来(lai)(lai)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)本土(tu)化(hua)(hua),不(bu)断培(pei)育和创(chuang)造(zao)(zao)新时代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国特(te)色社(she)会主义文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)。
第三,坚持守正创新。对文(wen)化(hua)建(jian)设来说,守(shou)(shou)正(zheng)(zheng)才能(neng)不(bu)迷失(shi)自我、不(bu)迷失(shi)方向(xiang),创新(xin)(xin)才能(neng)把握时(shi)代(dai)(dai)(dai)、引领时(shi)代(dai)(dai)(dai)。守(shou)(shou)正(zheng)(zheng),守(shou)(shou)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)马克思主义在(zai)意识形(xing)态领域(yu)指导地位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)根(gen)本制(zhi)度,守(shou)(shou)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)“两(liang)个结(jie)合”的(de)(de)(de)根(gen)本要求,守(shou)(shou)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)中(zhong)国共(gong)产党的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)领导权和中(zhong)华(hua)民(min)族的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)主体性。创新(xin)(xin),创的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)新(xin)(xin)思路、新(xin)(xin)话语、新(xin)(xin)机(ji)制(zhi)、新(xin)(xin)形(xing)式(shi),要在(zai)马克思主义指导下(xia)真(zhen)正(zheng)(zheng)做到古为今用(yong)、洋为中(zhong)用(yong)、辩证取舍、推陈出新(xin)(xin),实现(xian)传统与现(xian)代(dai)(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)(de)有机(ji)衔接。新(xin)(xin)时(shi)代(dai)(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)工作(zuo)者(zhe)必须以守(shou)(shou)正(zheng)(zheng)创新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)(zheng)气和锐(rui)气,赓续历史文(wen)脉、谱写当代(dai)(dai)(dai)华(hua)章。
